Distribution of Photographs

The cinematic history of the DEFA is well documented by a large collection of photographs. From over 700 DEFA films are stills, set photographs and photographs designated for display available.

defa-spektrum distributes the entire photos’ archive of the DEFA-Foundation. The stock contains photos from DEFA features and documentaries from the first cinematic works to films from the time of the German reunification, as well as international coproductions of the DEFA, prohibited and censored films.
